The project to construct new toilet and washroom facilities for a primary school in Pouthiprek, Cambodia, has been successfully completed.
Inros Lackner hilft e. V. donated more than USD 10,000 to this project, and founding member Rainer Israel oversaw the local coordination, planning and design. A local construction company from the village of Pouthiprek was awarded the contract to carry out the building work. Special thanks go to Kim Sokngim, former pupil of the school and current employee of Inros Lackner Cambodia Co. Ltd., who has worked to support her village and her primary school. Thanks to her efforts, the school now also has a library with several computers. The opening ceremony took place on August 3rd, 2024.
